Campers will enjoy a day focused on nutrition and well-being. Paolo Villafane, Community Farmers Market Chef, will teach campers about yeast fermentation and they’ll participate in making sourdough bread. In the afternoon, Desiree Fowler of Global Growers will discuss seasonal produce and bring some yummy veggies for campers to taste.

Two healthy snacks will be provided each day (9:30 am and 3:00 pm)
Please provide a large, healthy (nut-free) non-refrigerated lunch and a water bottle.
