She’s a graduate of Columbia College in Chicago where she has lived for the past 27 years. She relocated to Atlanta to start an outreach ministry. Jacqueline enjoys spending time with family and friends and she enjoys writing short stories, plays which she fondly calls 'the art of my passion, 'that opens the imagination. Her greatest desire is helping those in need.

Dajah was born on June 2nd 1998, at Grady Hospital. She grew up in city of Decatur and attended Decatur high school & Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina on a Track and Field scholarship. Dajah's hobbies include working out and shopping. She entered child care because her grandmother owned a daycare in Inglewood, Los Angeles & childcare came natural to her. Dajah is looking forward to watching the babies grow & develop into there own little personalities at SoulShine!

Loretta Long

Loretta Long also known as Ms. L, from New York City started working with kids babysitting in the church nursery. Coming from a family of nine siblings all with kids she knows this was all a part of God's plan. Children are a blessing and it’s a joy watching them grow and develop into their own personalities. The things they say and do, at any given moment or, time can bring a “SMILE” to brighten up a bad day. She looks forward to continuing to inspire and impacting our kids minds in a positive way. Mrs. Loretta enjoys church, music, dancing, reading and playing games. Her favorite sports are tennis, football, and bike riding with her loving husband. Mrs. Loretta's working towards getting her CDA and excited about joining the SoulShine family!

Peggy Smith

Euchrist P. Smith (Peggy), was born and raised in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a southern Caribbean nation. She migrated to the United States of America February 1982. She has always had a passion for working with children, especially babies. At a very young age, babysitting for family and neighbors was her favorite pastime. After many years of sitting at a desk in front of a computer, and a few as a retail worker, it's a welcome change to get back to her first love, working and molding young children.

Mary Endirias has been working in the ECE field for almost a year now. She is a retired CNA who worked at Grady Memorial Hospital for 28 years. Mary started her career working in the toddler classroom at La Petite Academy because she loves to work with the little ones. Ms. Mary is a mother of 6 and has one grandchild! She enjoys singing, reading and spending time with her family. She is very honored to join the SoulShine family and excited to grow as an Early Childhood Educator.

Ms. Krystal hails from New York originally, but came to Georgia in time for high school, and attended Ft. Valley State University. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite cartoon is Powerpuff Girls.   She loves working with children and is eager to engage with them in a SoulShine classroom.

Ms. Christine was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised on the sunny beaches of Miami, FL. She recently relocated to Atlanta quickly became a part of the SoulShine family. Ms. Christine has many hobbies such as baking, knitting, writing and singing horribly while driving. She has worked in the field of early childhood education for the past 4 years.

Morgane Mosley

Ms. Morgane was born and raised in Atlanta. She began working with kids right after high school and enjoyed three years of working at a daycare. After child care, she then started working with special needs children and grew to really love working with them. She is blessed to have her child, Nyla, who always keeps her on her toes! Recently, she began volunteering at the East Atlanta Library.

Bryanna Duncan absolutely loves caring for children! She is from Brooklyn New York. She bagan childcare for a year in her early teens but after that, she took on the roll of caring for adults in a senior living facility. She enjoys playing outside, arts and crafts, reading and creative play. She believes the children should have a memorable experience in and out of their homes, and will help make that experience unforgettable! She looks forward to meeting you and your little ones during your stay at Soulshine!

Shamika Smith was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up with a lot of culture and diversity around her has made her multifaceted. She loves art, hair, music and clothes. She is a fun, out going, lovable person and her love for children goes beyond anything you have ever seen before. She believes that shaping a child's mind when they are small is the key to everything they will experience as they grow, where it all begins. Shamika is really happy and proud to be a part of the SoulShine family!

Chloe is from Atlanta and has aspirations of one day becoming a New Yorker. She plans to major in Early Childhood Education in college. Chloe's love of children and education come earnestly as her grandmother and mom were educators. Listening to music, doing puzzles, and bingeing on Netflix are some of her down time activities.

Ms. Aushana was born and raised in the Bronx, NY and moved with her family to Atlanta when she was 15 years old. She gained extensive experience working with children as she helped raise all five of her younger siblings, as well as working in childcare. She is currently enrolled at Georgia State University in Early Childhood Development and hopes to gain a masters degree and move into teaching in the public school system.

Tamara Drakeford also knows as Ms. Tammy, is from Waldorf, Maryland. She has one daughter named Rejoyce. Tammy has been teaching for 17 years in early childhood education teaching different ages. She's very active with her daughter's school and is the President of LSAC of her High School. Tammy loves children and wants to do her best for SoulShine!

Jazmine Williams

Jazmine Williams is an Atlanta native who is studying at Georgia State University. She discovered her love for working with children as a young teen herself, when older relatives started having kids she could babysit. Felicia Jenkins was born and raised here in Atlanta. Her passion is to teach literature and children are her motivation. Before coming to SoulShine Felicia tutored in an after-school program. There she realized teaching didn't have to wait until she finished graduate school. The ones who needed her the most were still figuring the world out. She knows children can shape the world and their minds can be opened to greatness and creativity.

Dominique has always loved kids, but it wasn't until the mentoring program during her senior year of high school, that she realized she wanted to help shape the mind of younger children. Since then, she's worked as an assistant coach and a volunteer USATF Official.

She is currently attending Georgia State University in the Early Childhood Education program. She plans to graduate with her Bachelors Degree in 2 years to further her knowledge as an educator.

Dusten grew up in the Chicago area and is ecstatic he finally got to see the Cubs win a World Series! After graduating college with a degree in Illustration, Dusten discovered a love for teaching and working with children. He has been involved with primary education since 2000, working as an assistant teacher for a Montessori program, then becoming lead teacher in a private Pre-K education program. He relocated to Atlanta and has spent the past four years as an assistant Pre-K educator. In his free time, Dusten is a freelance artist.

Ms. Chloe is a proud Atlanta native.  She studied Visual Art, Literature, Psychology and Sociology at Georgia State University. She’s worked with kids of all ages at summer camps, and as a caregiver to infants.  Ms. Chloe’s greatest joy is witnessing a child learning, imagining, exploring and creating.  Her favorite hobbies are making art, reading, and exploring nature – all activities that can be phenomenally enhanced when shared with kids!

Stacey Okwo was born and raised in Atlanta Ga. She has three beautiful children Kiara (20) Hector (16) Makiya (12) and a precious granddaughter Alona (1) and a wonderful husband. Stacey graduated from Redan high school in Stone Mountain Ga. She obtained a certificate in dental assisting from United Educational Institute. Stacey's first experience working in childcare was after her oldest daughter Kiara was born.  Stacey loves working with children and she is looking forward to her experience with SoulShine and helping the children learn and watching them grow!

Destiny Smith

Ms. Destiny attends Agnes Scott College, studying anthropology and sociology. Her hobbies include dancing, arts & crafts, and creative writing. She has been dancing since the age of three and teaches classes at The One dance studio in Snellville for kids of all ages.  When she isn’t dancing, she enjoys baking sweets and watching cartoons from the 90’s. Her favorite dessert is New York style cheesecake and there isn’t a show that can replace Tom and Jerry.

Colton Smith

Mr. Colton has always been drawn to focusing on the well being of children and being there to help maximize their own potential. As a teenager he worked with children as a tutor and summer camp counselor. He is currently in school focusing on pediatric medicine. Most children consider Colton to just be an oversized version of themselves, because he is a firm believer in fun.

Katelyn Mason was born in St. Petersburg, FL but came to Atlanta to join her adopted family. Her older sister Annie worked at SoulShine during high school, and her love for kids rubbed off on Ms. Katelyn. She is delighted to follow in her big sister's footsteps at SoulShine.

Ms. Shabria is an Atlanta native but grew up in New York City, where she graduated from Louis D Brandies HS.  She attended Georgia Perimeter College, majoring in Early Childhood Education. She has two young children of her own, and has worked with children of all ages. She has a genuine love for children and intends to have a lasting positive impact on every child she encounters.
