Turnip and Bean Slaw

Try Chef Courtney’s Turnip and Bean Slaw recipe. You’ll have it done in no time and everyone will love it!

Prep time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

4 Radishes
20 Pole Beans
1 Sweet Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Red Pepper
1/2 Cabbage Head
1 Cup Mayo
2 Teaspoons of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Mustard Powder
1 Teaspoon of Brags Vinegar

Directions:

Wash all Veggies Before Cutting:
* Shred Cabbage Finely
*Cut Radishes into Matchstick Pieces
*Cut Pole Beans Across into Half’s
* Chop Red Pepper
* Mince Sweet Onion
*Mince Garlic Cloves
Into a Mixing Bowl Add:
* 1 Cup of Mayo
* 2 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
* 1 Teaspoon of Brags Vinegar
 * Mix Ingredients together
Combine and toss wet ingredients with veggies. This slaw can be used on taco’s or eaten as is. Enjoy!
