How we hire
After an initial interview, applicants are invited to participate in a paid working interview to further evaluate their skills and child care experience.
Applicants invited to join the SoulShine Team undergo background and criminal history checks followed by Bright From the Start Teacher Orientation Training. The SoulShine Way training introduces our staff to the mission, values and rhythms that make our community unique.
